We provide long or short term storage. Our units are ideal for safe keeping vehicles, household goods, or a number of different expensive toys such as; hang hang gliders, surfboards, Kayaks, Quadracycles and motorcycles and of course clothing.
There are "Huge French Drains" on three sides of the building to collect and channel all rain water well away from the building, making sure nothing gets wet inside any unit.
Each individual unit has a steel door that slides up and down and locks at the bottom. The 25 foot deep by 10 feet wide.
The 20’ is exactly like the 25’ unit except it is not as deep. Many people are now purchasing automobiles and are storing them here while they are out of the country. It is a lot less expensive than renting a car each time you arrive. There are also people who are storing their valuable furniture and appliances here while they are away because it insures they will still have them when they come back to Costa Rica.
An alternative storage area is in the yard. In this area larger items such as; camping, and utility trailers, as well as motorhomes, boats and anything else of a substantial size which are seldom used can be safely stored for future use when you visit Costa Rica again. Additionally, it is a great place to have a large yard sale when 10 or more families want to join together in having a yard sale. Several units can be rented during the sale and locked up each evening until the next day. Nothing gets lost or misplaced this way. And it is good protection from afternoon rainy days.
