Usually when you arrive in Costa Rica you will need two things immediately. A place to live and transportation.

There are places in Costa Rica where renting or purchasing a house can make your life a dream come true or an unpleasant experience. For instance, if you are living near a soccer field, a school, a disco or a bar, it can be very noisy and it can be unruly. You will find you no longer have any parking in front of your house or you can’t get out of your own driveway because someone has parked and left their vehicle blocking your exit. It happens.

On the other hand being away from a place as described can be a wonderful experience and a joy of living in paradise. Would you know where to be located? The society in Costa Rica is not like the US, Canada or Europe, It is very different. You need to know before you are committed. This is where we come in.
