Nancy and Larry have decided to sell the Lion Share Storage Units in order to do some traveling. It is a life long dream to travel and so we made up our minds to do it finally.

The building is 160 feet long and 41 feet wide for most of its length. It is wider on the apartment end. There it is 45 feet wide by 30 feet long. There is a 10 and a half foot square laundry room that stands alone and is separated from the apartment. Total living space including the laundry is a little over 1,400 square feet. Two bedrooms, a bath and a half, with a complete modern kitchen which includes a gas stove and single stainless sink, a dining room, and a small reading room, and a living room. A wrap around patio is nice for afternoon leisure.

The other end of the building is composed of 18 storage units. One side has the 10 feet wide by 20 feet deep units and the other side has the 10 feet wide by 25 feet deep units.

The building is constructed out of cement, the roof is baked enamel tin, and all floors are tiled. The windows are all screened and they are protected on the outside with a custom grill work. The outside doors are heavy duty metal with mosquito screening on the inside and on the outside of this are heavy duty expanded metal screening which makes for extra security. All doors are lockable. All main doors are custom made from wood. The entire living area is recently air conditioned with four window units.

There is a telephone. They are hard to get in the country.

There is an enclosed yard inside of the main yard for pets
