About Us |
||
Lion Share Bodegas (warehouse or storage units in Spanish) is a retirement business that is managed by the owners, Larry and Nancy. We are Americans and have been retired and living in Costa Rica since 2000. There are no locals employed here. Since maintenance is very minimal, it can be taken care of by a single person most of the time. The entire building is constructed out of cement. Each storage area is an individual unit much like a small garage. There is a solid metal roof on the entire building and each individual unit has a sliding, (up and down) steel door that locks at the bottom. The building including the apartment is 160’ long and 48’ wide. Our “Special” is: If you store your car here for any extended time, we will keep the battery topped off, start it for you once a week, and if you will give us a day or two notice when you are coming back to Costa Rica, we can arrange to have you picked up at the airport, Juan Santa Maria in Alajuela, and bring you out to your car. We can take you to the airport as well when you are getting ready to leave the country. There is a slight charge to do this. You can be assured that when you return to Costa Rica, your car will be here waiting for you. |
