We are about 17 miles from Juan Santa Maria Airport as you are heading west toward the Pacific Beaches of Costa Rica. We are on the left hand or south side of the Autopista.
On your right, at about the 15th mile, you will pass the exit that takes you to the city of Grecia, continue straight ahead and cross over a bridge called the Puente Raphael Iglesias. This bridge crosses the Rio Colorado. A mile and a half past the bridge on your left you will see our sign on a hill overlooking the autopista.. Continue ahead until you come to an exit on your left. You will see several businesses. Exit, turn left, and go about 500 feet on this parallel road you will pass the “Auto Defensa Pista” shop, and a little further past that you will see a seven foot high cement wall with two green, steel gates. Stop at the first one and ring the buzzer on the intercom. Smile, you’re on camera.
The property is approximately one acre, with a 7’ high cement wall that surrounds the property. There are 18 storage units in all and room to expand. There are two steel gates, and 3 pole lamps to light it up at night. There is a closed circuit TV system and each camera has a motion detector.
